Colorful Life!

Greenhills Top/Vintage Floral Shorts/Pill Flats

My hubby invited me to go on a food trip and I decided we should try the latest restos at Alabang, Molito. Hermanos, an authentic Mexican restaurant was first on the list. I’m kinda obsessed with Mexican food lately and my appetite is just insatiable!
The place is fairly new but the menu looked impressive.
It was a shame though that I ordered the least Mexican dish in the menu. FAIL! We also dropped by Soderno a late night food market around the area but choices were too limited.
Next was Omakase and the place was packed!
The queue and the list was cray but it was totally worth it! After devouring their sumptuous Jurassic and Spider Maki we were ready to explode! LOL!
Honestly, I am quite thrilled that the South is finally opening tons of new restos that we can finally choose from.
If only they’ll have Taco Bell in ATC it would be perfect!

Sole Slam Manila 2012

Last Sunday, My hubby and I dropped by Sole Slam Manila 2012, the biggest kicks event in the Metro at One Esplanade.
Sole Slam Manila is the 1st and only premiere event for sneaker connoisseurs to buy, sell and trade some of the most sought after footwear and street wear on the market in the Philippines.
Ever since I could remember I’m not fond of rubber shoes.
I only wear them when I absolutely have to but it’s the total opposite when it comes to my hubby who collects dope Nike kicks! After some convincing, I accompanied my hubby and surprisingly I enjoyed the event!
People flaunted their best kicks and the place was packed! Of course, majority of the attendees were boys but the girls and the kiddies did not disappoint and strutted their killer MJ’s! I went home realizing what a fool I was to think rubber shoes were not fashionable! I swore to myself the next time am attending I’ll be wearing my own kicks and not “pacute” flip flops! haha

I wanted to make the most of my summer and hit the beach as much as possible.  My 3day stay at Boracay was too short and besides I didn’t even get a proper golden tan! So we headed to Punta Fuego in Nasugbu,Batangas.
Ever since I could remember I have always been particular on what I wear on the beach. I always prepare weeks ahead and come up with a certain look.
I never settle for a so-so bathing suit and do my best not to wear them again.
Now on to my look, I finally got to wear this Tomato high waist bikini I got last year and this luxurious sheer cover up from Swimwear Centrale.  It reminded me so much of that Topshop cover up that I missed out on so I made sure that I won’t let pass up again. And check out this too cute feather anklet that Denise specially made for me?!:) More photos of our trip on my next blog entry.
